These Terms of Service govern your use of the online booking experience provided by Kairos Aesthetika. Our booking website is powered by SpaSphere. By booking an appointment, purchasing services or products, or otherwise using our booking experience, you agree to these terms.
Appointments and booking
When you book with Kairos Aesthetika, you agree to provide accurate information and to arrive on time for your appointment. Services, availability, and pricing are subject to change.
Payments, deposits, and cancellations
Payments are processed through our payment provider (Stripe). Any deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policy communicated to you at the time of booking applies to your appointment. Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program
Kairos Aesthetika sends SMS text messages for appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and replies to questions you send us.
How to opt in
You agree to receive these messages by checking the SMS consent box during online booking, or by giving your phone number and consent to our staff. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from Kairos Aesthetika text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at cmarc231@gmail.com or (703) 307-8437.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Marketing emails
If you agree, Kairos Aesthetika may send you occasional news, offers, and updates by email. You can agree by checking the box when you book online, or by telling our staff, who record it on your client record. Kairos Aesthetika may also send these emails based on consent you gave it before it started using this booking website. Agreeing is never a condition of booking an appointment or making a purchase.
These emails are sent by Kairos Aesthetika, which decides what they say and who receives them. SpaSphere, the platform that powers this booking website, delivers them on Kairos Aesthetika's behalf and does not send its own marketing to you.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. Unsubscribing stops news and offers only: you will still receive emails about your appointments, purchases, and account. You can also ask us to stop at cmarc231@gmail.com or (703) 307-8437.
To understand which emails are useful, Kairos Aesthetika may see whether a marketing email was opened, which links were clicked, and whether a booking or purchase followed.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our booking experience only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
Disclaimer and liability
Our booking experience is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kairos Aesthetika is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the booking experience.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of our booking experience after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
